for the above period I have to leave my 1 bedroom apartment in the Univiertel.
The apartment is located on Hansastraße, one of the most beautiful streets in Hamburg, in the popular Rotherbaum district. The university is a five-minute walk away and both Metro and Bus (Hallerstr.) are also within walking distance. The Grindelallee, with many shopping facilities, cafes, pubs and restaurants is also just a step away.
The apartment itself has a comfortable bed, a cozy sofa, and a lot of storage space. The kitchen is also very well equipped and has everything the heart desires from the juicer to the agitator bar and also a small kitchen table where it can be excellently breakfasted.
DSL Flat is available as well as a washing machine.
The apartment is to be delivered to a person and a condition is a liability insurance.

für den oben genannten Zeitraum habe ich meine 1-Zimmerwohnung im Univiertel abzugeben.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Hansastraße, einer der schönsten Straßen Hamburgs, im beliebten Stadtteil Rotherbaum. Zur Uni sind es fünf Gehminuten und sowohl U-Bahn, als auch Bus (Hallerstr.) sind ebenfalls in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Grindelallee, mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichekeiten, Cafes, Kneipen und Restaurants ist auch nur einen Sprung entfernt.
Die Wohnung selbst verfügt über ein komfortables Bett, ein gemütliches Sofa, und viel Stauraum. Die Küche ist ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet und hat vom Entsafter bis zur Rührmaschiene wirklich alles was das Herz begehrt und auch einen kleinen Küchentisch, an dem es sich hervorragend frühstücken lässt.
DSL Flat ist natürlich vorhanden, ebenso wie eine Waschmaschine.
Die Wohnung ist an eine Person abzugeben und Voraussetzung ist eine Haftpflichtversicherung.
