Hello, we are STACEY, and this is our Coliving Location in Hamburg St. Georg directly next to the Alster.
Becoming a tenant of STACEY comes with many perks, both great and small. It all starts with a private, furnished bedroom in a centrally located apartment for an all-inclusive rate. Your room includes a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, artwork, and an armchair. You’ll also benefit from weekly cleanings, access to washing machines, and utilities such as media, electricity, heating, and Wi-Fi. Think that’s everything? It’s not. We also provide all the little household essentials, like tableware and kitchen equipment, from bottle openers to espresso spoons. Additionally, we offer a common lounge area or dining zone where you can hang out with your friends and flatmates.
