1 room fully furnished flat is available in St. Pauli district. Move-in date is flexible. Anmeldung for 1 person will be possible initially.

Flat will be sublet initially, but i don't intend to stay or come back to Hamburg, so it can turn into your own long-term direct lease directly from the company, afterwards, if desired. The mentioned rent amount includes everything. Fast internet (100mb), electricity, water, GEZ etc.

It's ideally located, and have a fresh and neat feeling.
There’s sunlight directly into the room in the morning, & in the kitchen in the afternoon.

Flat is basically a (google) "smart home" with Lamps, curtains, heating, mirror, vacuum with mops all operate-able from your mobile phone. You can create all sort of automations and personalisations for these things.

It was freshly renovated about 6 months ago and was unfurnished. Hence, most of the furniture is relatively new and is from Ikea. You can use my kitchen utensils etc.

Cellar storage are available in the basement but can be rented separately from the company directly. There's also a lift in building.

Die Wohnung wird zunächst untervermietet, aber ich habe nicht vor, in Hamburg zu bleiben oder zurückzukommen, so dass sie anschließend in einen eigenen langfristigen Direktmietvertrag direkt von der Firma umgewandelt werden kann, falls gewünscht. Der angegebene Mietpreis beinhaltet alles. Schnelles Internet (100mb), Strom, Wasser, GEZ etc.

Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen und macht einen frischen und gepflegten Eindruck.
Morgens kommt das Sonnenlicht direkt ins Zimmer, nachmittags in die Küche.

Die Wohnung ist im Grunde ein (google) „smart home“ mit Lampen, Vorhängen, Heizung, Spiegel, Staubsauger und Wischmopps, die alle von Ihrem Mobiltelefon aus bedient werden können. Sie können alle Arten von Automatisierungen und Personalisierungen für diese Dinge erstellen.

Es wurde vor etwa 6 Monaten frisch renoviert und war unmöbliert. Daher sind die meisten Möbel relativ neu und von Ikea. Sie können meine Küchenutensilien etc. benutzen.

Kellerräume sind im Keller vorhanden, können aber separat direkt bei der Firma angemietet werden. Es gibt auch einen Aufzug im Gebäude.
