Ich suche einen Nachmieter/Nachmieterin für meine 30qm Wohnung, da ich schon zum 15.2. raus will. Das Haus ist nicht besonders hübsch (ums mal vorweg zu nehmen), aber dafür ist das Zimmer schön hell. Es gibt ne kleine Küche und ein kleines Bad mit Badewanne. Ich hab 18 € Stromkosten und 900 € Kaution gezahlt und musste eine Bürgschaft abgeben (damals war ich aber noch Azubi) ach und mein Hund war auch erlaubt. Ich möchte mein Hochbett für 150 € mitverkaufen. Die Besichtigung ist am 14.12.06 18:00-21:00 Uhr (N. Behrens)
