I am looking for a new tenent for my apartment in Winterhude, as I will be moving frim Hamburg.
The apartment is a studio apartment fully equiped and furnished, ready to move in.
Furniture eould have to be sold and I am asking for 800 euros for the whole furniture.
The apartment is renovated.
Kitchen includes a washing machine, stove and oven.
Then the house has a sofa, a desk with an office chair, two wardrobes, bed and matress, coffee table and two Ikea storage modules.
Has a big balcony with a sofa that in the summer gets sun all day long and is protected from the wind.
You also have a big storage room in the basement.
It is located in a super calm neighbourhood in winterhude, but very close to the U bahn (5 minutes do Sierichstrasse u bahn) and bus 19 that takes you downtown - 1 minute walk to the bus.
All neighbours are nice and quiet.
