Die Wohnung hat ein kleines Bad mit Dusche und eine Kochnische im Flur.Im Sommer lädt der Balkon zum Relaxen in der Sonne ein.
Die Wohnung hat im letztem Herbst neue weiße Fenster bekommen und wirkt daher sehr schön hell. Das Zimmer hat genug Platz um alles was eine Person braucht zu verstauen. Ich habe in dieser gemütlichen Wohnung fast 5 Jahre sehr gut gewohnt.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der MHH. Einkaufmöglichkeiten wie Rossmann und Edeka sowie Apotheke und Sparkasse sind ganz in der Nähe.
Eine S- Bahn Station ist ca. 150 Meter entfernt.
Als sehr wichtigen Punkt empfand ich, dass die Vermieterin eine sehr nette und umgängliche Person ist. Die Wohnanlage wird von einem Hausmeister gepflegt.
