Meine Wohnung liegt super zentral, wie schon im Titel beschrieben.
Es ist eine Ein Zimmer Wohnung mit Küche, Bad und einem geräumigen großem Zimmer. In der Wohnung enthalten ist Waschmaschine, Kochplatten, Ofen, Kühlschrank, Kaffemaschine, W LAN, ein großes Bett etc.
Theroetisch kann man die Wohnung auch zu zweit beziehen. Ich würde es jedoch nicht empfehlen, da es dann sehr eng wird.
Bei mir ist es super gemütlich im alten Flair eingerichtet. :)
Was unschlagbar an der Wohnung ist, ist die Lage. Zu Penny brauch man keine 50 Meter und in die Stadt kann man ganz bequem in 5-7 min spazieren. Die U Bahn ist bequem in 3 min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Meine Nachbarn sind super lieb und haben sich noch nie wegen beschwert. Da ich selber fast jeden Tag hier musiziere, sollte es wirklich kein Problem geben.
