Quiet, sunny 1 bedroom apartment at the Eilenriede

Hello everyone,

for rent is a quiet, small 1 bedroom apartment with spacious kitchen and modern shower room in the 4th. Floor of an old building.

The apartment has white-painted ceiling beams in bedrooms (currently no photo online) and kitchen that give it a cozy and special ambience. The kitchen also has 2 floor depth windows to the beautiful courtyard, which spray almost a little balcony flair in the open state. A modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher is included in the apartment and is included in the rent.

The apartment is first permanently leased to 6 months (extension possible), optionally partially furnished or furnished. We can discuss what's better with a visit.

A special feature of the apartment is the shared entrance area, which is also part of the apartment we live next door. In the entrance area there is the washing machine for both apartments. Our apartment is located next to or above the offered rental property. From the entrance area the doors go to the respective apartments.

Due to the proximity of the two apartments we wish to have a friendly relationship and hope to rent the apartment to an individual or a couple with which it fits humanly. Ideally we are all looking forward to an occasional common coffee.

Something to us: We are David (36) and Nika (34) and have recently moved our home from Calenberger Neustadt and Hamburg to the East City. We like many things, namely: penguins, yoga, good food, kickboxes, video games, hiking, kitesurfing, plants, campfire, festivals, dogs, boulders, music, vines, Italian wine, mountains & the sea.
