Hallo,
Ich suche eine 1-zimmer-wohnung. Und mein maximal akzeptabler Preis ist 300 pro Monat ink. Nebenkosten(Strom- und Heizungkosten). Denn ich bin eine Studentin an der Leibniz Universitat Hannover, also es ware besser, wenn die Wohnung nahe Linie 4 oder 5 ware. :) Und ich bin auch gerne, die Einrichtungen zu ubernehmen.
