Ruhiger und ordentlicher Sprachstudent (aktuell noch als Programmierer berufstätig, aber ab März Sprachschule), Nichtraucher, Mitte 30, sucht ab Februar/März Wohnung möglichst mit EBK, gerne auch mit Möbel und mit guter Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmitteln, Warmmiete möglichst unter 500 Euro, voraussichtliche Mietzeit beträgt ca. 2 Jahre.
