Falls du eine Zwischenmiete in Hannover suchst, gibt es hier eine Gelegenheit – allerdings mit einer kleinen Besonderheit: Der aktuelle Mieter hat die Wohnung leider in einem schlechten Zustand hinterlassen. Das bedeutet, dass einige Dinge erneuert, repariert oder ersetzt werden müssen.

Die Waschmaschine funktioniert zwar noch, aber man muss handwerklich etwas nachhelfen, um sie überhaupt einschalten zu können. Vielleicht hält sie noch eine Weile oder lässt sich reparieren, falls du geschickt bist. Der Kühlschrank läuft, ist aber ziemlich verkommen, und der Herd sollte ebenfalls ersetzt werden. Zudem muss aufgeräumt und gründlich geputzt werden.

Wichtig: Die Fotos zeigen die Wohnung in einem sauberen, gemütlichen Zustand – so, wie sie eigentlich sein sollte. Aktuell entspricht die Wohnung leider nicht diesem Zustand, aber mit etwas Mühe und Zeit kann sie wieder genauso schön hergerichtet werden.

Zur Lage: Die Wohnung befindet sich quasi direkt an der Faust, nur 100 m vom Faust-Gelände und dem dazugehörigen Park entfernt. Die Station „Leinaustraße“ ist in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
