Bei Bedarf werden - z.B. für Erasmus-Studenten Bettzeug und Wäsche (Bettbezug, Handtücher, Geschirrtücher) gestellt.

Homely and yet conveniently furnished with bed-sofa -even for two-, small table, armchair, shelf, wardrobe, built-in kitchen, and a desk with chair which can be used as a dining table too. Due to the size and design of the apartment it is suitable for couples too.
Man wohnt im ruhigeren Hinterhof und doch "downtown": in wenigen Gehminuten ist man in den Instituten der Uni in der Altstadt, der Bibliothek, der Mensa im Marstall, am Uniplatz mit Buslinien in Richtung Bismarckplatz, Hauptbahnhof und Neuenheimer Felder und am Neckar. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gastronomie für jeden Geschmack und Clubs befinden sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Da die Wohnung möbliert ist, ist RAUCHEN NICHT erlaubt. Im Haus leben vorwiegend Studenten. Dabei ist es aber eher ruhig und die Bewerber sollten dazu passen. Studenten sind also herzlich willkommen, soweit sie sich an die Hausordnung halten und pfleglich mit der Wohnung und dem Inventar umgehen.
