Hallo Zusammen,

da ich mich Ende des Jahres beruflich verändere, wird ab dem 15.12.2018 mein möbliertes 1-Zimmer-Appartement in der Innenstadt bezugsfrei. Perfekt für Studenten oder auch Berufspendler, die die Wohnung als Zweitwohnung nutzen wollen.
Zur Ausstattung gehört: Bett, großer Kleiderschrank, Couch, (Ess-)Tisch, Sideboards und diverse Kommoden. Darüber hinaus überlasse ich dem Nachmieter den TV-Flachbildschirm und den Waschtrockner. Alle Möbel sind sehr gepflegt. Eine Einbauküche (neuwertig und gepflegt) inkl. Spülmaschine ist ebenso vorhanden.
Für die Möbel und die Ausstattungsgegenstände ist eine kleine Ablösesumme zu zahlen.

Wohnlage: direkt in der Innenstadt bei der Deutschen Post. Alle wichtigen Einrichtungen, Cafés, Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig zu erreichen (Hochschule Ingolstadt in 5 Minuten). Diverse Haltestellen in weniger als 1 Minute zu erreichen (ebenso Linie 11 Richtung Audi).
