Die Wohnung selbst ist im EG und hat einen kleinen Garten. Es gibt genug Stauraum für allerlei Zeugs im großen Wandschrank. Sie ist schon vollmöbiliert, man braucht daher keine Möbel mitnehmen. Es gibt Wlan im ganzen Haus sowie Möglichkeit für Lan-Kabel. Zusätzlich kann auch ein Tiefgaragenplatz gemietet werden.
Die Warmmiete inklusive Internet, BK, etc. beträgt 693 EUR. Man hat auch die Möglichkeit Heizkostenzuschuss oder sonstige Förderungen zu beantragen.
Ich ziehe ab 01.08.2024 aus, ist somit auch das Einbezugsdatum.

The flat is located right next to EKZ West, Höttinger Au. It is located in the "Alpine residence for students" - the flat is only rented out to students.
There is a small fitness studio, a wonderful roof terrace with a 360 degree view over Innsbruck, a billiard room, table tennis room, lounge, library and washrooms.
The flat itself is on the ground floor and has a small garden. There is enough storage space for all kinds of stuff in the large wall cupboard. It is already fully furnished, so you don't need to take any furniture with you. There is wifi throughout the house and the possibility for lan cable. An underground car park space can also be rented.
The warm rent including internet, BK, etc. is 693 EUR.
I would move out on 1st of August.

2 minutes from the EKZ West stop - line 2 & 5 or other bus lines
5 minutes from Hötting railway station or F-bus
Billa; Hofer are 3min away, Fitinn as well or the whole EKZ-West is just around the corner
To the Sowi & MCI by bike it is 10min, to the main university 5min
