I rent my cozy, fully furnished studio from 03.04 to 12.04., as I travel. If I come back a few days later, I will extend your stay free of charge.

The studio has a private bathroom for your comfort and is fully equipped with everything you need – including vacuum cleaner for cleaning. There is a washing machine and free dishwashing, bathing and washing. There is also a fast internet that only you use. An additional mattress for a second person can be provided for an additional fee.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all important utensils for cooking. I would prefer not to cook too much, but we can agree on regular ventilation.

The studio is located in Leipziger Straße, just 2 minutes walk to Kieshügel tram stop. There is a REWE supermarket directly opposite. There is also a pharmacy, a dentist, a family doctor, a hairdresser and the Sparkasse Bank nearby.

Ich untervermiete mein gemütliches, voll möbliertes Studio vom 03.04. bis 12.04., da ich verreise. Falls ich ein paar Tage später zurückkomme, verlängere ich deinen Aufenthalt kostenlos.

Das Studio verfügt über ein privates Badezimmer für deinen Komfort und ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was du brauchst – inklusive Staubsauger zur Reinigung. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine sowie kostenloses Spül-, Bade- und Waschmittel. Außerdem steht dir ein schnelles Internet, das nur du nutzt, zur Verfügung. Eine zusätzliche Matratze für eine zweite Person kann gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr bereitgestellt werden.

Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet mit allen wichtigen Utensilien zum Kochen. Ich würde es bevorzugen, wenn nicht allzu viel gekocht wird, aber wir können uns bezüglich regelmäßiger Lüftung einigen.

Das Studio befindet sich in der Leipziger Straße, nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle Kieshügel. Direkt gegenüber gibt es einen REWE-Supermarkt. In der Nähe befinden sich außerdem eine Apotheke, ein Zahnarzt, ein Hausarzt, ein Friseur und die Sparkasse Bank.
