gemütliche Einraumwohnung mit 4 großen Fenstern, also schön hell und freundlich. Das Bad ist deckenhoch weiß gefließt und hat ebenfalls ein großes Fenster. Erweiterte Pantryküche mit viel Stauraum.
Es gibt einen Raum im Keller zum Wäschetrocknen, die Waschmaschine steht im Bad. In der Tiefgarage ist ein abschließbarar Fahradraum und man kann direkt vorm Haus einen Parkplatz anmieten (ca 30euro glaub ich ).
Sehr schöne Lage, ungefähr mittig zwischen Uni und Innenstadt, aber sehr ruhig gelegen.
Alle Angaben als Fußweg:
6 min zum Bahnhof (dort ist auch Netto, Edeka, Lidl, Getränke usw...)
30 sek zur Haltestelle "Waldschlösschen" (direkt gegenüber)
20 min zur Uni
15 min in die Innenstadt
2 min in den Wald :)
Vermietung durch Privatmann, der in der Nähe wohnt. Wenn was war ging es immer schnell und unkompliziert, die anderen Mieter im Haus sind sehr freundlich, ist also alles ziemlich entspannt hier.
Der Einzugstermin ist variabel, je nachdem, wann ich in die neue Wohnungn kann, eventuell auch erst zum 1.3.
Langfristiger Mieter bevorzugt.
