Unfortunately, subletting is not possible for others.
Subletting is available for 6 months from March 2025 to August 2025 as I'm on a semester abroad.

Heating and internet costs are included in the rent.

Cable and internet connection (20GB daily limit, but I have never had any issues with that)

-Bushaltestelle Fraunhofer Zentrum 1 min entfernt, direkt vorm Gebäude und fährt unter der Woche morgens bis abends etwa alle 15 min
--Bushaltestelle Wilhelm-Raabe-Straße in ca. 6 min zu erreichen
-10 min Fußweg zur Uni RPTU Kaiserslautern (ca.800m entfernt)
-15-20 min Fußweg zum Hauptbahnhof
-Netto (5 min), Lidl (15 min), Edeka & Aldi (20 min) schnell zu Fuß erreichbar
