In der Wohnung sind eine Einbauküche mit mobilem Kochfeld, ein Kleiderschrank, ein Schuhschrank, sowie eine Schlafcouch mit Beistelltisch inbegriffen. Internet, Wasser und Strom sind in den Nebenkosten enthalten. Im Flur des Stockwerks stehen allen Mietern eine Waschmaschine, ein Trockner sowie weitere Putzutensilien kostenlos zur Verfügung.
I am looking for a new tenant for my 20 m² apartment in Karlsruhe as I am relocating for work. The apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained building, but please note there is no elevator. It is ideal for young professionals or students.
The apartment includes a fitted kitchen with a mobile cooktop, a wardrobe, a shoe cabinet, a sofa bed, and a side table. Internet, water and electricity are included in the rent (see additional costs) and provided by the landlord. Tenants on the floor also have access to a shared washing machine, dryer, and cleaning supplies free of charge.

The apartment is centrally located yet quiet, making it suitable for studying or working from home. Public transportation is just a 3-minute walk away, and you’ll find various shops, medical practices, and Karlsruhe's universities nearby.
