Looking for a Flat to Rent Near KIT Campus Nord/Sud

Hello, my name is Vitalii and I am a Doctoral researcher at KIT.

I'm currently looking for a flat to rent and wanted to check if there is a place available. Ideally, it should be a quiet apartment with some furniture included—at least a 1.5 or 2-sized bed in the bedroom and a table in the kitchen and normal stuff like a washing machine, stove, oven etc. I don’t need many rooms, just something simple and comfortable.

My budget is up to 800, and I’d prefer a location close to Campus Nord or Campus Sud to keep the commute easy.

If you know of anything available or have any contacts who might, I’d really appreciate any recommendations.
