My name is Meike, I'm 28 and I'm currently studying at KIT's Master. In addition, I work as a working student in the HR department. In addition, my parents support me financially and would, of course, also avenge.
Currently I live very centrally in a WG. Unfortunately, in my room there has been a dense outer wall + leaky roof mold, so I would like to move out as soon as possible.
After nearly 6 years of WG life, I am now looking for a small apartment, because I now want more rest and my own space :)

I am looking forward to offers from 30 sqm and up to 650 euros warm.
I have a self-determination, positive schufa (request now) , employment contracts and proofs of salary, and I can bring them to visit if necessary.

Mein Name ist Meike, ich bin 28 und studiere derzeit im Master am KIT. Nebenbei arbeite ich als Werkstudentin in der Personalabteilung. Zusätzlich unterstützen mich meine Eltern finanziell und würden natürlich auch bürgen.
Aktuell wohne ich sehr zentral in einer WG. Leider hat sich in meinem Zimmer durch eine undichte Außenwand + undichtes Dach Schimmel gebildet, daher möchte ich nun gerne schnellstmöglich ausziehen.
Nach knapp 6 Jahren WG-Leben suche ich nun nach einer kleinen eigenen Wohnung, weil ich mir jetzt auch mehr Ruhe und eigenen Raum wünsche :)

Ich freue mich über Angebote ab 30 qm und bis 650 Euro warm.
Selbstauskunft, positive Schufa (request now) , Arbeitsverträge und Gehaltsnachweise liegen mir vor, diese kann ich bei Bedarf gerne zur Besichtigung mitbringen.
