Search small apartment in Karlsruhe Suche kleine Wohnung in Karlsruhe

From May (flexible also earlier/later) I am looking for a longer term stay in Karlsruhe. My main residence is Berlin, where I live with my family - my partner and my three-year-old child. From there I go to Karlsruhe, where I have been working as a lawyer at the Federal Constitutional Court since the beginning of the year. After I had an apartment for the first few months to arrive, I now look for a longer-term apartment for me (even under rent from one year). Because I'm swinging, I'm rarely home on weekends. If it's me, I probably have a visit from man and child.
In my spare time I go jogging, to the theater or to one of Karlsruhe's beautiful host houses. In the first months as a part-carlruherin I have already learned to appreciate the city!

For my apartment a central location is important to me, at best walking to the railway station or the federal court. Nicely furnished, but not a must. A room is sufficient if there is a kitchen, that would be great.

Hallo!

Ab Mai (flexibel auch früher/später) suche ich eine längerfristige Bleibe in Karlsruhe. Mein Hauptwohnort ist Berlin, wo ich mit meiner Familie - meinem Partner und meinem dreijährigen Kind - lebe. Von dort pendel ich nach Karlsruhe, wo ich seit Anfang des Jahres als Juristin am Bundesverfassungsgericht arbeite. Nachdem ich die ersten Monate zum Ankommen eine Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete hatte, suche ich nun also eine längerfristige Wohnung für mich (gern auch Untermiete ab einem Jahr). Da ich pendel, bin ich nur selten am Wochenende zu Hause. Wenn ich es bin, habe ich wahrscheinlich Besuch von Mann und Kind.
In meiner Freizeit gehe ich joggen, ins Theater oder in eins von Karlsruhes schönen Wirtshäusern. In den ersten Monaten als Teil-Karlruherin habe ich die Stadt also schon sehr zu schätzen gelernt!

Für meine Wohnung ist mir eine zentrale Lage wichtig, bestenfalls fußläufig zum Bahnhof oder zum Bundesverfassunsgericht. Gern möbliert, aber kein Muss. Ein Zimmer ist ausreichend, wenn eine Küche vorhanden ist, wäre das toll.
