Hi, I am subletting my flat for a short term from 18.09 until 31.10 because I am not in the city that time.
It's 1-room flat but also big enough for 2 people as couples because I have a double sized bed and a extra single mattress. All furnished, but also filled with my stuff so I would prefer a person or a couple who is clean & calm and who would be respectful for my personal stuff during my temporary absence.

Here are the features:
- located in Nordstadt, 3 min walk from Halitplatz
- rent 470€ per month (+100€ when you are a couple.)
- deposit 300 €
- 1 room 35m2 with double size bed + extra mattress.
- seperate kitchen with a refrigerator and washing machine
- bathroom with a bathtub
- 5 min to Rewe, 10 min to the campus, 15 min to the city center.
- W-Lan included.
- 18.09 - 31.10 but move-in date adjustable. (For example you can also stay only for October etc.)
