Da ich selbst ab dem 27.12.24 auf Reisen bin, möchte ich meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Bad Wilhelmshöhe für 3 Monate zur Zwischenmiete anbieten.
Dich erwartet ein helles und gemütliches Zimmer mit Schlaf- und Wohnbereich, eine komplett eingerichtete Küche (alles da was du brauchst) und ein kleines Bad mit Duschbadewanne.
Ich suche jemanden, der nicht nur verantwortungsvoll mit der Wohnung umgeht, sondern vielleicht auch Freude daran hat, meine Pflanzen zu pflegen, während ich unterwegs bin. Wenn du also ein Händchen für Pflanzen hast (oder gerne eines entwickeln möchtest), passt das perfekt!

Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof Wilhelmshöhe, sodass du beste Anbindungen an Fernzüge, Regionalbahnen, Straßenbahn und Busse hast.
Trotz der Nähe zum Bahnhof ist die Wohnung in einer sehr ruhigen Lage - kein Zuglärm und an einer ruhigen Straße gelegen.
