Da ich umziehe. Suche ich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt ein*e Nachmieter*in für meine 1-Zimmer Altbauwohnung.
Die Wohnung hat ein Wohn-/Schlafzimmer und eine Küche in der die Dusche ist. Die Toilette ist auf halber Treppe. Außerdem hat die Wohnung noch einen Balkon.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 355€.

Rewe und Lidl sind in 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen zum Hinterhof raus im Stadtteil Südfriedhof. Die Uni ist in 15 Minuten mit Fahrrad oder Bus erreichbar. Und zum Hbf sind es 20 Minuten zu Fuß und 5 Minuten mit dem Bus.

Da die Küche komplett (bis auf den Herd) mir gehört und ich erst vor 3 Jahren eine neue Waschmaschine gekauft habe hätte ich gerne dafür noch einen Abschlag von 200€.
Außerdem würde ich auch gerne mein 1,40×2m Bett meiner*meinem Nachmieter übergeben und dafür auch noch einen Abschlag aushandeln. Darüber kann dann aber gerne im Detail gesprochen werden.
Besichtigungen können ab/am 28.10.2024 dann stattfinden.
Schufaauskunft und evtl. Bürgschaft will meine Vermieterin, die auch im Haus wohnt gerne haben.
