1-Zimmerwohung in Ehrenfeld zur Zwischenmiete 28.Sept-8.Nov 24

Meine Wohnung biete ich befristet zur Zwischenmiete von 28. Sept 2024 bis 8. Nov 2024 an

- sehr hell durch die 4 großen Fenster und hohe Decken gibt einem ein schönes, freies Gefühl
- leider keinen Balkon oder Terrasse, dafür große Fensterbretter, die zum sitzen und Sonnenuntergang genießen einladen
- neue Küche mit Induktionsherd und Spülmaschine
- separates Bad mit Dusche
- Waschmaschine & Trockner befindet sich im Keller und wird gemeinschaftlich genutzt (Token 1€ für 4 Std.) ansonsten gibt es noch einen Waschsalon 300 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt
- Müll und Galscontainer gibt es im Hinterhof
- WICHTIG: kein WIFI!!! Für Internet muss ein mobiler Hotspot genutzt werden oder bei meinem Nachbar fragen, die sind da sehr entspannt

Es gibt im Haus ein Kölsches Brauhaus, was sehr leckeres Essen anbietet und eine super Atmosphäre hat. Die Nachbarn sind alle sehr nett, freundlich und rücksichtsvoll, deshalb ist es mir wichtig, dass du genauso so allen gegenübertritts und dich an die gängigen Regeln und Hausordnung hälst.

Da ich meine Möbel und persönlichen Gegenstände für diesen Zeitraum in der Wohnung lasse und dir zu Verfügung stelle, erwarte ich einen respektvollen, wertschätzenden und pfleglichen Umgang!!

I am offering my flat as a temporary rental from Sept 28 2024 - Nov 8 2024

- very bright due to the 4 large windows and high ceilings gives you a nice, free feeling
- unfortunately no balcony or terrace, but large window sills that invite you to sit and enjoy the sunset
- Kitchen with induction hob and dishwasher
- Separate bathroom with shower
- Washing machine & dryer are located in the basement and are shared (token 1€ for 4 hours) otherwise there is a launderette 300 metres from the flat
- Rubbish and gals containers are in the backyard
- IMPORTANT: no WIFI!!! For internet you have to use a mobile hotspot or ask my neighbor, they are very relaxed about it

There is a Kölsches Brauhaus in the building, which offers very tasty food and has a great atmosphere. The neighbours are all very nice, friendly and considerate, so it's important to me that you treat everyone in the same way and stick to the usual rules and house rules.

As I am leaving my furniture and personal belongings in the flat for this period and making them available to you, I expect you to treat me with respect, appreciation and care!
