There are several washing machines for shared use and personal cellar boxes. There is also a green courtyard with covered bicycle parking. The location is very good with direct connections to the university. The Venloerstr. It is about 5 minutes' walk, an aldi about 2 minutes' walk. !!Leider can only be rented to immatriculated students!! Optionally you can rent a parking space in the underground garage.

Guten Tag, Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung im Studentenwohnheim Quartillion. Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert. Die eingebaute Pantryküche ist sehr modern und besteht aus 2 Kochfelder, Mikrowelle mit Backofen-Funktion, Kühlschrank und viel Stauraum. Das Bett lässt sich auch hochklappen für weiteren Stauraum. Es gibt mehrere Waschmaschinen zur Gemeinschaftsnutzung und persönliche Kellerboxen. Außerdem gibt es einen begrünten Innenhof mit überdachtem Fahrradstellplatz. Die Lage ist sehr gut mit direkten Verbindungen zur Universität. Die Venloerstr. Ist ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt, ein Aldi ca. 2 Gehminuten. !!Leider kann die Wohnung nur an immatrikulierte Studenten vermietet werden!! Optional kann man einen Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage anmieten.
