Hallöchen allesamt,
zu besichtigen gibt es meine kleine aber feine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung im hippen Stadtteil Ehrenfeld.
Die Wohnung ist aufgeteilt in Wohnraum, Küche und kleinem Duschbad. Im Wohnraum steht ein großes Hochbett, welches von meiner Seite aus aufgewertet und stabilisiert wurde. Das Bett (inklusiv Lattenrost und neuer Matraze), ein neuer Kleiderschrank und die kleine Pantryküche (Spüle, zwei Herdplatten und Kühlschrank) möchte ich gerne für einen kleinen Abschlag (250 Euro) in der Wohnung lassen.
Ein früherer Einzugstermin ist möglich!!
Ich biete am Sonntag, den 8.03. von 13 - 14 Uhr eine Besichtigungsmöglichkeit an.
Bei Interesse kommt doch einfach vorbei.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer verkehrsberuhigten Einbahnstraße. Um die Ecke tobt dann das Leben in der Venloer Straße. Von der U-Bahnstation Leyendeckerstr. oder Venloerstr., welche in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind, kommt man schnell von A nach B.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Penny, Lidl und Netto bieten sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
