Hallo wir suchen einen Nachmieter für unser helle gut zugeschnittene Einzimmerwohnung in Lindenthal, die Wohnung hat eine Pantryküche, Bad mit Dusche und eine kleine begehbare Abstellkammer. Gerne würden wir einen Großteil unserer Möbel ( neuwertig)zur Übernahme anbieten.
Im Haus befindet sich Fahrradkeller, Waschkeller mit Münzwaschmaschiene und Münztrockner , Tiefgaragenstellpaltz kann hinzugemietet werden.
1a Lage ruhig, sicher, alle Einkaufmöglichkeiten Bäcker etc. direkt vor der Nase
zum Aldi zu Fuß 4 Minuten , zum Rewe 7 Minuten, zum Malteserkrankenhaus 7 Minuten und zur Uni Humanwissenschften 4 minuten . zum wunderschönen Stadtwald sind es gerade mal 15 Minuten zu Fuß.
es wäre sehr schön wenn die Möbel übernommen werden könnten.
