A centrally located attic apartment at Rathenauplatz, close to Zülpicher Street and South Train Station. In addition, the university hospital building and the city centre are easily accessible. Zudem muss die Wohnung arbeitsbedingt eine gute Anbindung an die Bahnlinien 7 haben. Ein Balkon, eine Terrasse oder ein Garten hätte ich ebenfalls gerne. Die Warmmiete sollte maximal 800 € betragen.

Ich biete:
Eine zentral gelegene Dachgeschosswohnung am Rathenauplatz, in der Nähe der Zülpicher Straße und des Bahnhofs Süd. Zudem sind die Uniklinik-Gebäude und die Innenstadt schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung bietet eine gute Anbindung an die Straßenbahnlinien 1, 7, 9, 12, 15, 16 und 18. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Rathenauplatz und bietet damit, trotz der zentralen Lage, eine sehr ruhige Umgebung. Im Sommer befindet sich am Rathenauplatz ein Biergarten, zudem ein kleiner Sportplatz mit Tischtennisplatte.
Wichtiger Hinweis: Die Wohnung befindet sich im sechsten Stock ohne Aufzug.
