1-room apartment from May in old building apartment at Zülpi 1-Zimmer Wohnung ab Mai in Altbauwohnung am Zülpi

I move out of my small, but cozy apartment, which lies obliquely opposite the Rathenauerplatz. You should be ready to move relatively spontaneously until May 1st.

The apartment has a kitchen, a bathroom and a small entrance area for jackets and shoes. You can also get to the apartment through an elongate hallway, which you will share with my neighbour and good friend (which is why just imagine a little text!).

The apartment is beautifully bright – sun rays fall into it all day. It has high ceilings and is about 23 square meters tall. I always enjoyed living so centrally at the Zülpi!

Ich ziehe aus meiner kleinen, aber gemütlichen Wohnung aus, die schräg gegenüber vom Rathenauerplatz liegt. Du müsstest relativ spontan bis zum 1. Mai umzugsbereit sein.

Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Küche, ein Bad und einen kleinen Eingangsbereich für Jacken und Schuhe. Außerdem gelangst du durch einen länglichen Flur zur Wohnung, den du dir mit meiner Nachbarin und guten Freundin teilen wirst (deshalb unbedingt kurz mit einem kleinen Text vorstellen!).

Die Wohnung ist schön hell – den ganzen Tag über fallen Sonnenstrahlen hinein. Sie hat hohe Decken und ist etwa 23 qm groß. Ich habe es immer sehr genossen, so zentral am Zülpi zu wohnen!
