Zwischenmiete- März-April in Köln Sülz/ Flat to rent in March and April

Da ich 6 Wochen bei meiner Schwester in Portugal verbinge, möchte ich gerne meine schöne Wohnung in Köln Sülz vermieten. Sie eignet sich perfekt für alle, die aufgrund des Wohnungsmarkts leider noch keine Wohnung gefunden haben und noch auf der Suche sind.
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen großen Balkon und eine separate Küche sowie ein neu renoviertes Bad. Sie ist eine Parallelstraße zur Zülpicher und zur Berrenrather Straße, in denen es zahlreiche Supermärkte, Geschäfte und Cafés gibt. Die Uni ist ungefähr 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt (3 Straßenbahnhaltestellen).
Ich habe die Wohnung schon einmal für eine Woche untervermietet, was sehr gut geklappt hat.
Mir ist es wichtig, dass du gut mit meinen Sachen umgehst und meine Pflanzen pflegst. :-)
Ich könnte Platz in einem Regal und im Kleiderschrank für deine Sachen schaffen.
700 Euro wäre die Miete für einen Monat, 6 Wochen wären dann 1050,00 Euro. Das Ein- und Auszugsdatum ist flexibel und können wir gerne verhandeln. (Mindestens 1 Monat)

As I am spending 6 weeks with my sister in Portugal, I would like to rent out my beautiful flat in Cologne Sülz. It is perfect for students who have unfortunately not yet found a flat due to the housing market.
The flat has a large balcony and a separate kitchen as well as a newly renovated bathroom. It is on a parallel street to Zülpicher Strasse and Berrenrather Strasse, where there are numerous supermarkets, shops and cafés. The university is about a 15-minute walk away (3 tram stops).
I have already sublet the flat once for a week, which worked out very well.
It is important to me that you take good care of my things and look after my plants. :-)
I could make space on a shelf and in the wardrobe for your things.
700 Euro would be the rent for one month, 6 weeks would be 1050,00 Euro. The move-in and move-out dates are flexible and can be negotiated. (At least 1 month)
