Exchange apartment: bright single room apartment in Sülz Tauschwohnung: biete helle Einzimmerwohnung in Sülz gegen größer

I offer my one-room apartment in Cologne-Sülz to exchange. I still like to live here, she's just too small.

The location of the apartment is ideal, just minutes away is the Sülzburgstraße, with several shopping facilities, cafes and restaurants. In a few minutes you can reach the stop Sülzburgstraße, where the 18 stops and also the nearest stop of the 13 is within walking distance.
I'm looking for an apartment with at least 40sqm and from 1.5 rooms, with a maximum cold rental of 800 euros and most preferably left Rhine. I indicated the 01.05. as a moving date, but I am very flexible.

Ich biete meine Einzimmerwohnung in Köln-Sülz zum Tausch an. Ich wohne immer noch gerne hier, sie ist mir nur langsam zu klein.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine abgetrennte Küche, ein geräumiges Bad mit Platz für eine Waschmaschine und einen kleinen Balkon.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal, nur wenige Minuten entfernt ist die Sülzburgstraße, mit mehreren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Restaurants. In wenigen Minuten ist man an der Haltestelle Sülzburgstraße, an der die 18 abfährt und auch die nächste Haltestelle der 13 ist zu Fuß schnell erreichbar.
Ich suche nach einer Wohnung mit mindestens 40qm und ab 1,5 Zimmern, mit maximaler Kaltmiete von 800 Euro und am liebsten linksrheinisch. Ich habe den 01.05. als Umzugsdatum angegeben, bin da aber sehr flexibel.
