Die Wohnung befindet sich im wunderschönen Sülz und liegt ideal zur Uni und zur Innenstadt.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Mitte der Linien 9&18 und bietet somit einen schnellen Anschluss Richtung Innenstadt und Hauptbahnhof. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet man, ebenso wie Arzt, Apotheke etc. in fußläufiger Umgebung.
Ich nehme für Möbel, diverse Küchengeräte, sowie weitere Beschaffenheiten der Wohnung eine Abstandszahlung von 600 Euro. Ebenfalls muss der laufende Internetvertrag übernommen werden, der sich aber kostengünstig mit meiner Nachbarin teilen lässt. Falls ihr mit diesen Anforderungen einverstanden seid, meldet euch gerne.
