Looking for a flat between Severinstraße and Barbarossaplatz

Hello, I'm Federico from Palermo, Italy.

I work at the hotel "Il Picciolo Etna Golf Resort" as the Guest Relation Manager, and I'll be on holidays from mid-November until the end of March.

During this period, I'm attending (again, I've been in Köln in January and February) a language intensive course at the Tandem Köln Sprachschule, and I'm looking for a flat not too far from the school.
Last time I've been close to Severinsbrücke, and I would love to live there again, or in the area between Chlodwigplatz and Barbarossaplatz.

I don't mind also renting an apartment until December 20th, as I'll be back to Italy for Christmas holidays, and I can look for 2 different apartments during my stay in Köln.
