Da ich diesen Sommer einen Roadtrip mache, vermiete ich vom 1. August bis zum 25. August meine Wohnung :))
Insgesamt hat sie 30m2- Es gibt einen Wohnbereich mit Kitchenette, einen Wintergarten und natürlich ein Bad :)
Die Wohnung ist durch den Wintergarten sehr hell und besonders morgens fällt das Sonnenlicht super schön hier rein! Der Wintergarten ist Ess-, Sozial-, Arbeitsbereich und Atelier zugleich und der Ort, wo ich mich (und vielleicht ja auch bald du) am meisten aufhalte.
Im Wohnbereich findest du Bett, Couch, Sessel und natürlich auch einige Regale und Kommoden, wo du deine Siebensachen einräumen kannst.
Der Küchenbereich hat einen Herd und einen Kühlschrank. Ansonsten stehen hier noch Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine mit Milchaufschäumer (falls du auch so großer Hafer-Latte Fan bist wie ich).
Das Bad verfügt über Dusche, Waschbecken und Klo.
Deine Kleidung kannst du hier im Waschkeller des Hauses waschen und trocknen. Waschmarken kannst du beim Hausmeister für 1,50 pro Stück besorgen!
As I'm going on a roadtrip this summer, I'm renting out my flat from 1 August to 25 August :))
It has a total of 30m2 - there is a living area with a kitchenette, a wintergarden and of course a bathroom :)
The flat is very bright thanks to the winter garden and the sunlight is especially nice in the mornings! The wintergarden is a dining, social and work area as well as a studio and the place where I (and maybe soon you too) spend most of the time.
In the living area you'll find a bed, couch, armchair and of course some shelves and drawers where you can store your belongings.
The kitchen area has a cooker and a fridge. There's also a kettle and coffee machine with milk frother (if you're as big of an latte fan as I am).
The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet.
You can wash and dry your clothes in the building's laundry room. You can get washing tokens from the janitor for 1.50 each!
Die Wohnung ist im Herzen des Studentenviertels 100 Meter von der Uni-Mensa Süd und dem Unisport entfernt :) Deine nächste Haltestelle ist Dasselstr./Bahnhof Süd und auch zum Zülpicher Platz sind es gerade einmal 7 Minuten (wenn du schneller gehst, weil du auch immer etwas spät dran bist, dann schaffst du es sogar in 5 Minuten).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hast du beim Penny um die Ecke (4 Minuten) , Rewe (10 Minuten) oder DM und Rossmann (7 Minuten).
Ansonsten hast du die Uni-Wiesen quasi vor der Haustür und natürlich auch die ganze Zülpicher Straße um die Ecke mit zahlreichen Kiosks, Imbissen, Restaurants, Cafés und auch dem OFF Broadway Kino (die haben eine Katze, also schau da auf jeden Fall vorbei!!!!) :)
The flat is in the heart of the student quarter 100 metres from the university canteen and the university sports centre :) Your nearest stop is Dasselstr./Bahnhof Süd and Zülpicher Platz is just 7 minutes away (if you walk faster, because you're always a bit late, you can even make it in 5 minutes).
You can go shopping at Penny round the corner (4 minutes), Rewe (10 minutes) and DM or Rossmann (7 minutes).
Otherwise you have the university park practically on your doorstep and of course the whole of Zülpicher Straße around the corner with numerous kiosks, snack bars, restaurants, cafés and also the OFF Broadway cinema (they have a cat, so be sure to stop by there!!!!) :)
Stell dich einfach vor, wie du bist und erzähl ein bisschen von dir. Wenn der Vibe matcht und du meine 4 Pflanzen gießen kannst, dann ist die Zwischenmiete quasi schon dir! :)
Um sicherzugehen, dass du das wirklich gelesen hast, schreibe doch am Anfang deiner Nachricht was dein Lieblingsdrink (alkoholisch oder nicht ist egal) ist!
