Hi, my name is Valentin and i am looking for a sub-tenant while i am away for a month. Please be aware that the Sub-rental is limited to 1 month only. Besides this fact the 1-room Apartment is perfect for a first touchdown in Cologne!
The apartment is located between Lindenthal and Braunsfeld and has a balcony to the inner side of the building which makes it a peaceful and calm environment. Further, you don’t need to worry about furnitures - everything included. Besides that there will be enough space for your clothings and personal staff etc. The tram station (Achener Straße/Gürtel), which is a junction to the inner city, Ehrenfeld and Sülzgürtel is a 5min walk away.
Since i know how hard it can be to find a suitable apartment in Cologne i am open to do Online-Viewings and i am looking for a clear, fair but simple handover process!:)
