suche Nachmieter*in für meine Wohnung.
Jede*r von uns kennt den Brüsseler Platz, die Wohnung liegt also super zentral hehe
Die neue Mieter*in muss entweder selbst 1700€ netto im Monat verdienen oder eine bürgende Person (mindestens 2000€ netto mntl.) finden.
Natürlich sind die sonst auch immer geforderten Unterlagen, wie aktuelle Schufa (request now) und Einkommensnachweise der letzten drei Monate, notwendig.
Es gibt eine Staffelmietvereinbarung: Die Grundmiete erhöht sich nach 365 Tagen um 13€.
Die Ablöse wird verlangt für die Küche, Badezimmermöbel, neuen 2,40m Schrank und ein großes Kleiderstangensystem im Flur.
Die Wohnung wurde ungestrichen übernommen und wird auch nicht gestrichen weitergegeben.
Ich hab ultra ultra gerne hier gewohnt, aber man sollte auf jeden Fall mit Lautstärke umgehen können.
