Sublease + Lease Takeover of private student dorm - 1 bedroom studio and private bathroom

Enjoy a studio bedroom with a large attached bathroom in a brand new private student dormitory building owned by CubeLife. Room comes fully furnished, and you are welcome to use kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom supplies as long as you take care of the space. App-controlled washers/dryers and a personal storage locker are available in the basement, and there is some common space (study room and courtyard) for building tenants. The building is located 5 minutes away from the S-Bahn (lines 3, 4, 13) and Ehrenfeld station (S12, S19, and other RE/RB trains).

My lease for this studio apartment is signed until June 30, 2025. However, I will be vacating the room by May 25. I am searching for someone to sublease the apartment from me for the remaining 5 weeks. You will have the option to renew the lease in your name for permanent stay. My kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom supplies will be available for a heavily discounted purchase rate if you choose to renew the lease in your name.

900€ all inclusive rent + 450€ deposit for the 5 weeks. My monthly rent is 900€, so you get an extra week for that price!
