LOCATION:
The house is in a quiet area near the city centre. Supermarket, restaurants, schools or Kindergarten are nearby. There is a market on Tuesdays and Saturdays. It’s a 8minutes-walk to the station, by train you need 12 minutes to Stuttgart main station (4 minutes to Ludwigsburg), there are trains (S4, S5) to Stuttgart and Ludwigsburg every 10 minutes. By car you have a quick access to the motorway (A81, B10, B27).

APARTMENT:
The heating is gas-fired. There are two heaters in the living room, one in the bathroom. The floor is laminate and tiles. The apartment has 2 big windows facing the garden We furnished the apartment modern but in a homely way.

Bathroom: The spacious bathroom comes with a shower, a sink and a WC and has a small window. It is vis-à-vis the apartment in the hallway.

Kitchen unit: Fitted-kitchen with fridge/freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave with grilling unit, cooking plate (induction), toaster, waterkettle, cupboards, kitchenware, tableware .

Furnishing: Table for 2 persons, 2 chairs, armchair, bed (140x200), wardrobe, shelves, bar table, 2 barstools, floor lamps .Cleaning tools like vacuum cleaner are in place. Washing machine and tumble drier for shared use are in the cellar.

Optional: bedding and linen, towels .
