Hello! I will be moving to Kulmbach for my Master's degree programme. Initially, I'm going to stay alone, and later, my husband (and a very well-behaved cat) will join me in a few months. I'm a 37-year-old female from Russia, living in Istanbul, Turkey, at the moment. I'm very clean and responsible, you shouldn't expect any noise or problems. I've rented flats before in Turkey, and I've always treated them like my own home. I was never late paying for the rent, and I always left the flats in perfect conditions. We also have a 6-year-old cat, she doesn't damage furniture, and usually is very quiet. I like spending time at home and making it nice and cosy. In my free time, I usually read, watch movies, meet a friend, or go for a walk. I would describe myself and my husband as calm, respectful, and empathetic people. We are both nonsmokers.
