Hallo :)
ich bin 5 Wochen im Urlaub und möchte daher gerne mein Appartement untervermieten für diesen Zeitraum.
Die Wohnung ist super geräumig, es kommt viel Sonne rein und ist einfach ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Ich lasse meine Möbel in der Wohnung stehen, sie ist also möbliert, du musst nichts mitbringen.
Eine Waschmaschine befindet sich im Keller - pro Benutzung muss man hier 3 Euro bezahlen.
Die Wohnung bietet viel Stauraum, falls du deine Möbel noch unterbringen müsstest, wäre das hier möglich oder auch im eigenen Kellerabteil.
Du kannst dir das Zimmer auch gerne online ansehen, per WhatsApp-Videocall.
Das Appartement ist im Herzen von Landau. Post, Banken, Rewe und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in maximal 5 Minuten fußweg.
Falls du vorher schon einziehen müsstest, könnten wir gerne noch mal über den Einzugstermin sprechen.
