Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, alle Einkausmöglichkeiten in den nähe, ca. 300m zum CCL.
Bushaltestelle in der Altstadt ebenfalls ca. 300m entfernt.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Zimmer, Gang und Bad mit Dusche und WC.
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, mit drei Fenstern und mit einem schönen Parkettboden.
Eletroherd, Spüle und Kühlschrank ist vorhanden.
In der angegebnen Kaltmiete ist bereits das Wasser enthalten. Zusätzlich muss man noch ca. 50€ pro Monat Strom und Gas an die Stadtwerke bezahlen.
