Halli Hallo,
ab 1. August suche ich einen Nachmieter für meine geliebte 1-RW. Sie ist erst vor 2 Jahren richtig gut renoviert worden. Sie ist knapp 40qm groß, hat ein abgetrenntes Schlafzimmer, eine Wohn-Arbeits-Küche und einen Flur. Das fast 10qm große Tageslichtbad mit Wanne lädt wunderbar zum entspannen ein. Den sauberen Dachboden nutze ich gern als Wäscheboden und die Abstellkammer auf halber Treppe hat viele kleine Dinge adoptiert, ebenso mein Keller ;-)
Im 1. OG werdet ihr es im Winter sowohl von oben als auch von unten schön warm haben ;-)
Die Warmmiete beträgt 299,- Euro.
