Several supermarkets (Netto/Consumer/Rewe) and Spätis are located in the area. There are also a few minutes walk to the Auenwald. If you're in nature, you'll be at Cospuden Lake in 15 minutes.
In the city you hardly need 15 minutes by train which takes place at 2 stops nearby. The HTWK is also only about 10 min walk.

In der Umgebung sind mehrere Supermärkte (Netto/Konsum/Rewe) und Spätis. Zum Auenwald sind es auch nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Falls es dir nach Natur ist, bist du mit dem Rad in 15 min am Cospudener See.
In die Stadt brauchst du auch kaum 15 min mit der Bahn die an 2 Haltestellen in der Nähe abfährt. Zur HTWK sind es auch nur ca 10 min zu Fuß.

Ich würde die Wohnung möbiliert bzw. teilmöbliert vermieten.
Ich rauche in der Wohnung nur auf dem Balkon.

I am subletting my beloved flat as I am abroad on business.
The bright flat in an old building has a fitted kitchen, a daylight bathroom with bathtub and washing machine and a large balcony. Here you can watch the sunset every evening or watch the swifts circling in the courtyard.
All rooms are very large and bright. In the bathroom you also have a small bay window where you can store hoovers and similar items.

There are several supermarkets (Netto/Konsum/Rewe) and Spätis in the neighbourhood. The Auenwald forest is also just a few minutes' walk away. If you're in the mood for nature, you can cycle to Lake Cospuden in 15 minutes.
You can also get into the city in less than 15 minutes by train, which leaves from 2 stops nearby. It is also only a 10-minute walk to the HTWK.

I would rent the flat furnished or partly furnished.
I only smoke in the flat on the balcony
As I will be away for so long, I have decided in favour of a deposit, which you will of course get back at the end
