Hey, meine gemütliche 1-Zimmer-Wohnung im schönen Gohlis wird frei und ich suche eine/n Nachmieter/in ab Dezember 2022. Der Einzug ist auch zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt möglich und kann flexibel mit mir abgestimmt werden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock und verfügt über ein innenliegendes Bad mit Dusche, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche sowie ein kleines abgetrenntes Schlafzimmer. Besonders ist der schöne Erker mit Blick ins Grüne in den Sommermonaten. Außerdem gehört ein Kellerabteil zur Wohnung.
Die Wohnung liegt in Gohlis Mitte, eine sehr schöne und ruhige Gegend. Ein Park liegt direkt vor der Haustür (>5 min). Der Supermarkt und die Straßenbahnhaltestelle können in 2 min erreicht werden. Der S-Bahnhof ist 8 min entfernt.
Ich würde mir wünschen, dass die Küche und Waschmaschine nach einer kleinen Ablöse in der Wohnung bleiben. Gern können weitere Möbel übernommen werden.
