Meine wunderschöne Wohnung wird ab 1.10. frei aus dem einzigen Grund, dass ich wieder in eine WG ziehe. Das Einzugsdatum ist nach hinten flexibel. Ganz oben im Dachgeschoss (Fahrstuhl vorhanden!) und nach Süden ausgerichtet ist sie sehr hell und ruhig. Die dunklen Dachbalken eignen sich super für Klimmzüge und haben auch sonst Charme. Es gibt das große Zimmer und noch ein kleines Schlafzimmer, dazu ein großes Bad mit Tageslicht und Badewanne.
Die Küche habe ich selbst gebaut, Waschmaschine und sonstige Ausstattung ist auch vorhanden.
Einziges Manko der Wohnung ist, dass es keinen Keller gibt. Dein Fahrrad kannst du dafür im Hinterhof abstellen und Stauraum bietet die Wohnung eigentlich genug.
My cozy, calm and light flat in Volkmarsdorf is vacant from October on. The flat consists of one big room, a smaller bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub and a window. Don’t worry about the fifth floor as there is a lift! Unfortunately, there is no cellar or storage belonging to the flat but you can put your bicycle in the backyard.
I built the kitchen myself. Other things like a washing machine are provided.
Die Wohnung liegt im Leipziger Osten parallel zur Eisenbahnstraße und 2-3 Gehminuten entfernt fahren die Tramlinien 1,3,8 sowie die Buslinie 70. Du siehst, die Verkehrsanbindung ist ziemlich gut! Nicht weit ist der Mariannenpark und der Lene-Voigt-Park ist auch in 10-Fahrrad-Minuten zu erreichen. Aldi, Konsum, Brothers, Bäcker und Spätis findest du alles auf der Eisenbahnstraße.
It is located close to the Eisenbahnstraße with all its shops and bars but still calm. Public transport is very close. Tram line 1,3,8 and bus line 70 are 2-3 minutes away. For taking a walk I recommend the Mariannenpark but the Lene-Voigt-Park isn’t far away either. Supermarkets such as Aldi or Konsum are found at the Eisenbahnstraße as well as other grocery stores or late-night shops.
Ich habe mich immer sehr wohl gefühlt und würde mich freuen, jemanden zu finden, der/die sich ebenso wohl fühlt und ein Zuhause findet. Ich habe viel Arbeit und Geld in den Bau der Küche gesteckt , die perfekt eingepasst ist, und möchte dafür eine Abstandszahlung. Außerdem würde ich viele Küchensachen gerne dalassen, wie Besteck oder Teller, ebenso ein paar Möbel (genau genommen den großen Esstisch, zwei Sessel und einen kleinen Beistelltisch) und die Waschmaschine. Über die Details und über die Höhe der Abstandszahlung lässt sich am besten persönlich reden. Und Internet habe ich auch noch einen Vertrag bis Juli 2020 laufen für ca. 27 Euro im Monat, der kann auch mit übernommen werden.
Jetzt zum einzigen großen Problem: ich bin im September nicht da und die Wohnung ist untervermietet. Deswegen wäre es cool, das alles vorm 21.8. zu klären! :)

I would like to find someone who feels home in my flat and would treat it like one. I put a lot of energy and money in building the kitchen why I would ask for a compensation which could also include kitchen equipment, some furniture and the washing machine. I almost forgot to mention my cable contract that you could use until July 2020 for ca. 27 Euro/month. But let's discuss the details in person.
Big problem: I sublet the flat in September why we should come to terms before that, before the 21st August to be exact.
