Super central & cozy apartment in the student residence from June Super zentrales & gemütliches Einzelapartment im Studentenwohnheim ab Juni

Search for my beautiful and super bright individual apartment in the student residence to the 1.6., as a move for me spontaneously has arisen. The rental contract then runs regularly over the Studentenwerk.
The rent indicated is warm and includes electricity & internet. The apartment is furnished with desk, chair, bed, wardrobe and fitted kitchen (sofa etc. does not belong to it). There is also a storage chamber that is not visible on the photos and from the 5th. OG you have a super view towards the west!

Prerequisite that you can move in here is that you are currently studying in Leipzig and do not yet live in the student residence.

Suche Nachmieter*in für mein schönes und super helles Einzelapartment im Studentenwohnheim zum 1.6., da sich für mich spontan ein Umzug ergeben hat. Der Mietvertrag läuft dann ganz regulär über das Studentenwerk.
Die angegebene Miete ist betreits warm und inklusive Strom & Internet. Das Apartment ist möbiliert mit Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Bett, Schrank und Einbauküche (Sofa etc. gehört nicht dazu). Es gibt auch noch einen Abstellkammer, die auf den Fotos nicht zu sehen ist und aus dem 5. OG hast du eine super Aussicht Richtung Westen!

Voraussetzung, dass du hier einziehen kannst ist, dass du aktuell in Leipzig studierst und noch nicht im Studentenwohnheim wohnst.
