It's a very bright and cozy single apartment which I've been living in myself and caring with a lot of love. I'm subletting it for 1.5 months because I'm traveling for work. You can use everything inside (all furniture, wifi, beddings, Kitchenware, and the electric piano).
It's located in a small street near Bayerischer Bahnhof, therefore the neighbourhood itself is very quiet and peaceful, but just within 3min walking-distance you have access to the big public transportation connection. In 10 min walk there are dm, Aldi, REWE, Edika and the whole city center.
The price involves everything for this apartment (500 euro for one month, so 750 for the total 1.5 months). I would like to give my home to somebody who can also care for everything as a home, even though just for a short period of time.
