Da ich gegen Ende August ins Auslandssemester gehe, werde ich meine schöne kleine Wohnung an eine:n zuverlässige:n Untermieter:in vermieten, der/die sich gewissenhaft um die Wohnung sowie um meine geliebten Pflanzen kümmert. Die Wohnung ist eine 1-Zimmer Wohnung mit offenem Küchenbereich, Flur und Badezimmer. Die Wohnung wird möbliert vermietet, das heißt Bett, Schreibtisch, Küche, Waschmaschine ist alles vorhanden, sowie Besteck, Küchenutensilien, Bettwäsche, Handtücher etc. Im Treppenhaus befindet sich ein kleiner, abschließbarer Abstellraum, den ich für dich frei machen würde. Da ich einige private Sachen und Wertgegenstände in den Keller räume, steht dieser nicht für dich zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung sollte nicht für Partys genutzt werden und ist auch nicht für wirklcih dafür geeignet viele Leute einzuladen. Es gibt leider nur einen Minibackofen mit zwei Herdplatten, mit dem man leider keine großen Kochaktionen bewältigen kann.
As I am leaving for a semester abroad at the end of August, I would like to rent out my lovely little flat to a reliable subtenant who will take good care of the flat and my beloved plants. The flat is a 1-room flat with an open-plan kitchen area, hallway and bathroom. The flat is rented furnished, i.e. bed, desk, kitchen, washing machine, cutlery, kitchen utensils, bed linen, towels etc. are all provided. There is a small, lockable storage room in the stairwell, which you can use. As I store some private things and valuables in the basement, this is not available for you. The flat should not be used for parties and is not really suitable for inviting lots of people. Unfortunately, there is only a mini oven with two hotplates, which is not suitable for large cooking events.
Die Wohnung befindet sich einer ruhigen, aber sehr zentralen Lage in Connewitz. In 2 Minuten ist man am Konsum sowie an der Tramhaltestelle "Hildebrandstraße" an der die Linien 9 und 11 fahren. Ca. 5 Minuten entfernt befindet sich der Netto sowie zahlreiche kleinere Restaurant, Spätis und Kneipen. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man sehr schnell an der HTWK und auch die Innenstadt ist nicht weit entfernt. Zum Cossi und zum Wildpark sind es auch nur ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.
The flat is in a quiet but very central location in Connewitz. In 2 minutes you are at the Konsum as well as at the tram stop "Hildebrandstraße" where the lines 9 and 11 run. Netto and lots of smaller restaurants, Spätis and pubs are about 5 minutes away. The HTWK can be reached very quickly by bike and the city centre is also not far away. The Cossi and Wildpark are also only about 10 minutes away by bike.

Wie bereits gesagt, suche ich eine zuverlässige Person, die gerne im genannten Zeitraum in Leipzig wohnen möchte und sich gewissenhaft um meine Wohnung kümmert. Internationals sind natürlich auch willkommen; wer mir ein WG-Zimmer in Vilnius vermitteln kann, hat besonders gute Karten :D
Das Einzugsdatum steht bereits fest (+- 2 Tage) und auch die Schlüsselübergabe muss in der gleichen Woche KW34 gemacht werden, da ich noch relativ viel unterwegs bin. Da müsstest du dich leider etwas nach mir richten, aber den genauen Tag würde ich dann zeitnah mitteilen. Das Auszugsdatum ist nach hinten noch flexibel, aber du wirst mindestens bis zum 15.01.25 bleiben können.
Falls ich dein Interesse geweckt habe, schreibe mir bitte hier auf WG-gesucht und erzähl gerne wer du bist, was du in Leipzig machst/vor hast und wie du die Wohnung finanzieren wirst. Damit ich weiß, dass du auch die gesamte Anzeige gelesen hast, beginne bitte deine Nachricht mit "Zwenki".
Besichtigungstermine würde ich dann jeweils persönlich absprechen. Online-Besichtigungen sind auch möglich, jedoch wäre es mir lieber dich persönlich vor Ort kennenzulernen.
I am looking for a reliable person who would like to live in Leipzig during the above-mentioned period and who will look after my flat conscientiously. Internationals are of course also welcome; anyone who can find me a room in a shared flat in Vilnius has particularly good chances :D
The move-in date has already been fixed (+- 2 days) and the keys must be handed over in the same week (CW 34), as I am still travelling quite a lot. Unfortunately, you'll have to follow my lead, but I'll let you know the exact day as soon as possible. The move-out date is still flexible, but you will be able to stay at least until 15.01.25.
