Meine kleine aber gemütliche Wohnung ist ab dem 24.01.25 bis zum 15.08.25 zur Zwischenmiete frei.
Kürzer geht theoretisch auch.

Sie hat einen Balkon zur Südseite und Straße ausgerichtet. Das Bad ist ohne Fenster, kommt dafür aber mit Wanne und Waschmaschine.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und ausgestattet mit allem, was man zum Leben braucht (bspw. Küchenutensilien, TV, Handtücher, Bettzeug, Föhn, Kuscheldecke, Kerzen, Bücher etc.)

Der Mietpreis ist inklusive:

Die Wohnung liegt in einer Seitenstraße zum Connewitzer Kreuz und zur Karli und damit sind Bars, Restaurants, viele kleine Läden, Rewe und Lidl, das Werk 2 und Bus-und Tram Haltestellen direkt vor der Haustür.
In die Innenstadt fährt man ca 15min. mit der Tram, Hbf ca. 20min.
Und wer Lust auf Natur hat ist in 7min. im schönen Auwald :)

Fühl dich wie Zuhause und machs dir mit Kerzen und meinen tausend Lichterketten gemütlich! Gibt auch ne große Teeauswahl! Es wäre ganz fantastisch, wenn du dich während du hier wohnst auch um meine Pflanzis kümmern könntest (also 1x Woche gießen).
